Pending Refunds

What are pending refunds?

Pending refunds are a result of insufficient funds being available at the time in which a refund was initiated. Refunds become initiated when the Member either cancels a session or selects to perform a refund after finalizing a session. During this time you are unable to get paid out.

Snugg will address each pending refund individually when the balance arrives at a sufficient state. This is handled automatically.

My balance is enough, but I still have pending refunds

The pending refunds queue can take up to 3 days upon your balance having sufficient funds. If after 3 days the pending refunds remain unresolved please contact us.
