What If Someone Is Inappropriate

We understand that not all subscribers will be respectful when engaging in a video call. For your protection, we give our Snugg members the ability to End a Session at any point during an active Session.

When a Session is ended by the member, the two-way video window will close and the chat feature will no longer be available. If you decide to end a session because a subscriber violated the Snugg User Agreement, you will still get paid.
