What if I can't make a session?

If for any reason you can’t show up for a session, you have the ability to cancel it before the scheduled start time. Cancelling a session will refund the user their full amount paid, and the member will be responsible for the refund processing fee 10%  which will be taken from the available balance of their Stripe account.

As a member, you have the ability to freely reschedule your session at any point up until 90 days from the sessions original purchase date.
