Pending refunds are a result of insufficient funds being available at the time in which a refund has been initiated by the influencer. (Refunds become initiated when the influencer either cancels a session or selects to perform a refund after a session.) During this time you will be unable to get paid out as available funds must be held to perform the refund which was initially requested.
When funds have become available to initiate the refund, the refund will be triggered automatically and your ability to receive payouts will become available.
