We understand that not all followers/users will be respectful to the influencer when engaging in a video/audio call. For the protection of our Snugg Influencers we give them the ability to End a Session at any point during an active Session conversation. When a Session is ended by the influencer, the two-way video window will close and the chat feature will no longer be available. When Ending a Session the influencer will have the option to tell us that everything went well as planned, or there was a problem at which point they will be prompted to give us further clarification. Selecting either option does not affect the influencers payout, and the funds for this session will be available in the Payments dashboard. If the influencer Ends a Session because their subscriber violated the User Agreement, that subscriber will no longer be able to book a session with that influencer by using the email address they provided for booking the original session.
