If for any reason you can’t show up for a session, you have the ability to cancel it before the scheduled start time. Cancelling a session will refund the user their full amount paid, and the influencer will be responsible for the refund processing fee 10% which will be taken from the available balance of their Stripe account.If a session is already in progress and you can’t make it, you are only able to perform a refund via the payments dashboard
As an influencer, you have the ability to freely reschedule your session at any point up until 90 days from the sessions original purchase date.
