If for any reason you can’t show up for a session, you have the ability to cancel it before the scheduled start time. Cancelling a session will refund the user their full amount paid, and the influencer will be responsible for the refund processing fee 10% which will be taken from the available balance of their Stripe account.
As an influencer, you have the ability to freely reschedule your session at any point up until 90 days from the sessions original purchase date.
