If for any reason you can’t show up for a session, you have the ability to cancel it before the scheduled start time. Cancelling a session will refund the user their full amount paid, and the influencer will be responsible for the refund processing fee which will be taken from the available balance of their Stripe account.
If a session is already in progress and you can’t make it, you are only able to perform a refund via the payments dashboard.
