If you’d like to contact a subscriber before the session login to your account and click the “join” button next to your call.

Once you’re inside the chat session, you’ll be able to see the session type, subscriber’s name as well as the date and time of the call. Here you’ll see the “Cancel Session” button and a chat box. Your subscriber has access to this link and can enter at anytime to chat with you. You can post a message here and the subscriber will be notified that you’ve sent them a message. (Is this correct?) Likewise, the subscriber can message you before the call. If you’d like to cancel or issue a refund press the cancel button.

Note: You can only cancel and issue a refund outside of the 15 minute window before the call. If you cancel the session within 15 minutes of the call the refund will not be processed. (is this correct?)
