As an influencer, you are in complete control of your calls and schedule. Once a session is booked, your subscriber cannot cancel or reschedule the session themselves. Only you can cancel the session. If a subscriber contacts you and would like to cancel/reschedule the call you can login to your account and click the “join” “view” button next to your call.

Once you’re inside the chat session, you’ll be able to see the session type, subscriber’s name as well as the date and time of the call. Here you’ll see the “Cancel Session” button. If your subscriber messages you through the chat feature or contacts you through other means and you decide you’d like to cancel/reschedule the call you can simply press this button and the subscriber will receive a refund.
Note: You can only cancel and issue a refund outside of the 15 minute window before the call. If you cancel the session within 15 minutes of the call the refund will not be processed. (is this correct?)

Once a session is cancelled funds will be refunded to the user with either them or you taking responsibility for the 10% processing fee.
