By booking this session I acknowledge and agree to the following.
I certify that I am over the age of 18 and am voluntarily booking a session with an influencer of my choice.
I understand once my session has started, the course of conversation is determined by the influencer and they have the right to end the session at any point.
I understand that the time of my influencer is limited, and once a session is scheduled I am unable to cancel or reschedule.
I understand that Snugg LLC does not refund booked sessions. If I am unable to attend a booked session or if a session does not meet my expectations, I understand I am not entitled to a refund. The only case in which a refund can be issued is when triggered by an influencer cancellation at which point I (the user) will be notified and the payment refund will be processed.
I understand that Snugg LLC is not liable or responsible for any results or lack of results, including loss of finances, time, or loss of life while using its websites, platform, or conversing with its influencers. I assume all risks and promise (along with any reporting parties) not to bring suit.
I understand that Snugg LLC is not liable or responsible for the conversation I have with an influencer, the actions of an influencer on or off the platform, my expectations of the Session, and the services they make available.
I understand that recording and redistribution of the session with my influencer is not permitted without their written and verified consent.
I understand that sexual/inappropriate comments or actions, hate speech, and/or harassment of an influencer, are never tolerated and will result in the termination of my session with no refund and the inability book future Sessions.
I understand that nudity is not permitted and clothing is NOT optional.
I understand that Snugg reserves the right to suspend/ban my account for nudity, sexual content, clothing that is too revealing, hate speech, harassment, or any visible material or interaction that is deemed inappropriate by either the influencer or the Snugg Team.

I assume full responsibility for my personal risks and interactions that may result from using this service. I understand and agree to comply and uphold the defined terms in this document as they relate to any and all actions performed on or within snugg.me or related to the business Snugg LLC.
